This course is full of all the testing requirements for Adv. Color Belts Cycle 1B. Covering all your Solid Foundation, Self-defense/Sparring, and form.

In this course, we will train you to develop a better solid foundation, prepare you for when someone gives you a bear hug from the front and rear, strengthen your form, and teach you the basic double stick open series.
